  • We have locations in Clermont County & Cincinnati, Ohio. However, in order to protect the privacy and safety of our residents, we do not disclose the specific addresses of our homes. This policy is in place to maintain a secure and respectful environment for our residents.

  • Our independent living program services are available to individuals who are able bodies adults who are capable of living independently.

  • Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited in our housing program. Possession or use will result in removal from the program.

    Smoking is only allowed outdoors, specifically in designated areas at the back of the home.

  • Participants are welcome to come and go as they please. There is a set house curfew , Please be considerate when coming and going, ensuring a comfortable environment for everyone.

  • No, friends and family are not allowed to visit at the residence.

    This policy helps maintain the safety, privacy, and comfort of all residents living in a shared community space.

    If you’d like to visit with friends or family, we encourage you to arrange to meet them off-site or in a public setting nearby. We’re happy to suggest local spots where you can connect safely and comfortably!

  • Yes, Enhancing Capabilities offers co-ed living, however not all homes are co-ed

  • Unfortunately, no children or pets are allowed in the homes. While we understand the importance of caring for loved ones, our housing program is designed for adult individuals only.

  • Your safety is our priority. All homes have security cameras in common areas that are monitored regularly. Participants also have locks on their individual bedroom doors.

  • Yes. All participants must follow program guidelines to maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive living environment. Rules are reviewed during the application process and help protect the comfort and well-being of everyone in the home. Rules such as no use or possession of drugs or alcohol, no violence or threatening behavior of any kind, and maintaining regular contact with your case worker if one has been assigned.

  • Unfortunately, no. In order to maintain a comfortable and clutter-free space, all homes are fully furnished. Program participants are limited in what they can bring, and storage space is minimal.

  • Overnight visitors are not permitted, as the program’s rules do not allow it.

    This rule is in place to maintain the safety, privacy, and structure of the program environment, ensuring that all residents feel secure and respected. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to creating a positive, stable community for everyone.

  • All program fees paid are non-refundable. We will do everything to accommodate participants needs and make the necessary referrals to other providers/community resources if we are not a good fit.

  • There’s no set deadline for how long you can stay in our program. As long as participants remain in good standing and keep up with their program fees, they are welcome to continue living here.

  • Meals are not provided, but the shared kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your own meals. We encourage participants to plan and prepare meals that fit their individual needs and preferences.

  • Yes, staff support is available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Enhancing Capabilities is here to help with program guidance, address any issues, and provide resources to support your success. Each participants will have the contact number for the director.
