Before you apply, please understand that Enhancing Capabilities takes pride in it’s program offering shared, community-style housing designed for adults who are actively working toward independence in the Cincinnati & Clermont County area.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Respectful community living is essential — you must be willing to share space and live cooperatively with others in a structured, supportive environment.

• Our housing program is strictly drug- and alcohol-free — no exceptions.

• Active participation is expected, including house meetings, regular check-ins, and working toward personal growth goals.

• Guaranteed income (such as SSI, SSDI, or organizational pay) is required for residents.

• For private-pay individuals, you must be work-ready.

• Program rules are firmly enforced to ensure a safe, respectful, and stable home for everyone.
